Anthony Cross & Julian Fosh
The Economic Advantage Team (UK Equity) 

Anthony Cross joined Liontrust in 1997, spending his first three months researching and documenting his approach to UK equity investment, before launching the Liontrust UK Smaller Companies Fund (formerly Intellectual Capital Trust) in January 1998. Julian Fosh joined Liontrust in 2008 to co-manage UK equity funds with Anthony, bringing additional experience in UK mid and large cap stocks, in particular for the management of the Liontrust UK Growth Fund (formerly First Growth) and the Liontrust Special Situations Fund (formerly First Opportunities).

Gary West & James Inglis-Jones
The Cashflow Solution Team (European & UK Equity) 

Gary West and James Inglis-Jones joined Liontrust in March 2006, researching and documenting The Cashflow Solution for eight months before launching the Liontrust Continental Europe Fund in November 2006. They now apply the Cashflow solution to equity income portfolios (Liontrust Income Fund (formerly First Income)) and long/short portfolios (for professional investors). In October 2011, Gary and James took over the Pan-European Fund (formerly Occam Europe Focus Fund) and Sorbus Fund (formerly Occam Sorbus Fund).

Mark Williams & Carolyn Chan
The Asia Team 

Mark Williams joined transferred to Liontrust in October 2011 (having joined Occam in October 2007). With 18 years' experience in investing, Mark has specialised in Asian equities since August 1997.  Carolyn Chan joined Liontrust in January 2012. With 19 years' experience in the Asian financial sector, Carolyn has been managing Asian money since January 2010 and has been an ASEAN product specialist for ten years. Mark and Carolyn have 37 years' of combined investment experience.

Eoghan Flanagan & James Mellersh
The Emerging Markets Team 

Eoghan Flanaghan and James Mellersh transferred to Liontrust in October 2011 (having joined Occam in February 2009), having worked together since 2002. Eoghan and James have 27 years of combined experience in Global Emerging Markets and launched the Emerging Markets Absolute Return Fund in April 2009.

Stephen Bailey & Jan Luthman
The Macro Team 

Stephen Bailey and Jan Luthman transferred to Liontrust in April 2012 (from Walker Crips Asset Managers (WCAM)). Stephen joined WCAM in 1987 after starting his career in stockbroking in 1985. He has 27 years of investment experience and with the support of Jan Luthman, was the driving force behind the development of WCAM. Jan joined WCAM in 2000. He has 18 years of international corporate management experience and, following a career change, 26 years of investment experience. Stephen and Jan have 53 years of combined investment experience.
